Pinewood PagesToo many courgettes
Every year someone warns you that two courgette plants is plenty, and every year you plant four anyway. I planted four.
Things we have done with courgettes this month: fried, grilled, grated into pancakes, soup, a cake that was better than it had any right to be, and left on the neighbours' doorsteps. One got away under the leaves and is now roughly the size of a forearm.
Note for next year, written here so I can't pretend I didn't know: two plants.
